Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Our product return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund, return, or exchange. To be eligible for a return or refund, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the boxes.

Product Return & Refund Policy

If you are eligible for a return or refund, please email us at [email protected] with the details. Our shipping agent will collect the purchased product from your physical address. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, so the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email. You will be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and you will receive your money back via your preferred payment method within 1-2 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you receive our refund confirmation email but do not receive your money within 2 days, please contact us at [email protected]. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
